PROJECTS
NUTRITION DRIVE
At Aid for Esha Foundation, we believe that every child deserves access to nutritious food, a healthy body, and the opportunity to grow with dignity. Our Nutrition Drive for Children is a community-based initiative dedicated to combating malnutrition, hunger, and nutritional deficiencies among underprivileged children living in slum areas, rural communities, and marginalized regions.
Why This Initiative Matters
Millions of children continue to suffer from inadequate nutrition, which directly affects their physical growth, mental development, immunity, school performance, and overall well-being. Lack of proper nutrition during childhood can lead to lifelong health complications, poor academic outcomes, and reduced opportunities in the future.
Through this project, we aim to ensure that children receive balanced nutrition and essential health awareness to help them lead healthier and more productive lives.

MENSTRUAL HYGIENE
Menstrual Hygiene Awareness Program
At Aid for Esha Foundation, we are committed to empowering girls and women through dignity, education, and access to essential healthcare. Our Menstrual Hygiene Awareness Program focuses on breaking the stigma surrounding menstruation while ensuring that girls and women have access to safe menstrual hygiene practices, awareness, and support.
Why Menstrual Hygiene Matters
Millions of girls and women still face challenges related to menstrual hygiene due to lack of awareness, limited access to sanitary products, social taboos, and poor sanitation facilities. Inadequate menstrual hygiene can lead to infections, school absenteeism, emotional distress, and reduced confidence among adolescent girls and women.
Menstruation is a natural biological process, yet many girls grow up without proper education or support. Through this initiative, we aim to create awareness, encourage open conversations, and ensure menstrual dignity for every girl and woman.

LABOUR SUPPORT
Labour Nutritional Support Program
At Aid for Esha Foundation, we recognize the vital contribution of daily wage workers and laborers who work tirelessly to support their families and build our communities. Our Labour Nutritional Support Program is dedicated to improving the health, nutrition, and well-being of underprivileged laborers and their families by providing access to nutritious food, health awareness, and essential support services.
Why This Initiative Matters
Many laborers, especially those working in unorganized sectors, construction sites, factories, and low-income communities, often face poor nutrition due to irregular income, long working hours, and limited access to balanced meals. Inadequate nutrition can lead to fatigue, weakness, anemia, reduced immunity, occupational health problems, and long-term health complications.
Proper nutrition is essential not only for physical strength and productivity but also for the overall well-being and dignity of workers and their families.
